Branch meeting information:

Detailed information for Branch meetings, social gatherings and recruitment events, including if a meeting is accessible via zoom, is located on the main Branch webpage, under "Events and Webcasts".  Click on "more details" for information. 


All in person meetings and social events will be held in compliance with British Columbia Public Health orders and as directed by the Federal Retirees national office. This could result in any of our Branch events events being modified, cancelled, rescheduled or changed to Zoom only, as applicable. Any changes will be posted in the Events and Webcast section for the event.


In order to participate in a meeting that is accessible via Zoom, you will need to  pre-register:

You should receive an email with the meeting agenda and other applicable documents no later than five business days prior to the meeting, including a link to register with Zoom.  If you have not received this email, or if you need any assistance in registering online, please contact the Branch President at (778) 378-4204 or by email at centralfraservalley@federalretirees.ca. Register as soon as you can and retain the email containing the agenda documents so you can reference them during the meeting.

NOTE: If you have not registered your email address with the national office, the Branch is unable to send emails to you.

Once you have registered, Zoom will email a confirmation link with directions on joining the meeting. The confirmation email and link should not be shared with anyone else as it is unique to you. 

In order to fully participate with audio and video, you will need an internet connected device with camera and microphone.

If you wish to join the meeting via telephone instead, please contact the Branch President who will provide you with the necessary information.

It is recommended you join the meeting 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
